Stephens Gaskerts produce parts from, and stock a wide range of, sheeting and strip material. What’s more, this includes high quality close tolerance steels (coil, sheet and mesh), stainless steel (coil, sheet and laminated), aluminium, brass (coil, sheet, laminated and gauze), copper and beryllium copper. In addition, we also provide an extensive range of soft jointing materials, plastics, cork, oil jointing paper and other specialised materials.

In addition, our in-house team can help you source compressed non-asbestos fibres, including the Econosto, Klinger, Novus and Walker ranges of materials. Therefore, if you require rubber, we can offer you a range of solid natural and synthetic rubbers. Additionally, we have a 40-90 Shore Hardness rating, in the following materials: Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicone, EPDM and Butyl.

Our range of plastic sheeting includes polyester (including metalised non-toxic polyester), polypropylene, Nomex 410, Mylar, polythene, acetate polycarbonate, P.V.C., Kapton and synthetic resin bonded fibres. Stephens Gaskets are proud to stock a range of foams and felts. All of which can suit your individual requirements, including open and closed cell foam, open and closed cell felt. As well as industrial felt, expanded polyurethane and expanded polyethylene.

For some jobs, only cork will do! We offer neoprene bonded, resin bonded and nitrile bonded cork sheeting, with excellent value for money.
